Descriptions are displayed during the online booking process, only when opting for direct booking. They offer additional details about specific categories or sub-categories, which can be particularly helpful if potential clients are not familiar with your services.
When creating a new category, you'll have the opportunity to add a description. For existing categories, you can directly edit them and include a description.
For instance, suppose you have two categories: in-person and online. You could include the following descriptions:
- For in-person: "All appointments will take place exclusively at the clinic."
- For online: "All appointments will take place exclusively online."
These descriptions will be visible to clients during the booking process:
