How to Use an External Video Conferencing Provider for My Appointments?

In order to use an external video conferencing provider (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Google Hangouts, etc.) for your appointments, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Appointments Settings page: https://www.colib.io/settings?show=appointments.

  2. Select an appointment and enable the Online Meeting option.

  3. After enabling this option, you will be able to enter the URL of your external video conferencing link.

This URL from your chosen video conferencing provider will be included in the confirmation and reminder notifications sent to your clients before the appointment.
