Telehealth conference/video links can be automatically added to your appointments when scheduling new ones by activating the correct settings in your appointment settings tab.
Steps to Enable Telehealth Conference Links:
- Go to your Appointment Settings tab: Appointment Settings.
- Edit an existing appointment type or create a new one.
- Enable the "Online meeting" option.
- If you want to use Colib's telehealth system, enable "Add a Colib video conference link."
- If you prefer an external video conferencing system (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.), follow this guide: Using an External Video Conferencing Provider.

- Hit the save button at the bottom of the page.
- Once configured, a unique meeting URL will be generated for each appointment of this type.
Where to Find the Meeting Link:
- The link will be available directly in the appointment modal on your scheduler.
- Clients will receive the meeting link in their SMS and email notifications.
Adding a Telehealth Conference Manually:
If a specific appointment type has not been set up for telehealth, you can still manually add a video conference link by enabling "Add a Colib video conference for an online meeting" in the appointment modal. This will generate a unique telehealth conference link for that appointment.
