Yes! By default, the color code is set to have one color per different practitioner, but you can use it to reflect different appointment types.
To do so, you will find a setting under Settings > Scheduler > Use Color Code by appointment type
Once this setting is on, you will be able to select a color for each appointment type.
That will be in Settings > Appointments > Click on ? to modify the selected appointment type > scroll down to find the color code.
