How can I customize invoices for each practitioner in my clinic?

If you run a clinic with multiple practitioners, it’s important that each invoice you send includes the details of the specific practitioner.

In this article, we will detail how Colib allows you to customize invoices for each practitioner:

1. Practitioner Assigned to an Invoice

For each invoice, Colib assigns a practitioner. If the invoice is linked to an appointment, the practitioner assigned to that appointment will also be assigned to the invoice. If the invoice is not linked to an appointment, Colib will pick the practitioner based on the user who created the invoice. If neither of these conditions apply, the practitioner who created the invoice will be assigned.

2. Practitioner License Number

Ensure that each practitioner has their license number entered in our system. This number will appear in the top right-hand corner of the invoice. https://www.colib.io/Settings?show=team

3. Per Practitioner Customization

In your invoice settings, you can activate per practitioner invoice customization. https://www.colib.io/settings?show=invoices

By enabling this feature, you can customize the following fields for each practitioner:
-Invoice Header Color
-Invoice Footer
-Invoice Header

The last two fields are large text areas where you can add custom text related to the practitioner.

After enabling the feature, a list of practitioners in your clinic will appear. For each practitioner, you need to set the header color, footer, and header text, then click the save button before moving on to the next practitioner.

By default, if you do not configure specific settings for one or more practitioners, the clinic-wide settings will be applied.

Colib will then pick the details of the practitioner assigned to the invoice when creating an invoice.
