If you feel that some forms are missing or have been deleted, here are the first things you should check:
1. Date Selection on the Forms List
By default, the forms list retrieves files created within the last 100 days. If your form was created more than 100 days ago, it will not appear on the list. You can simply adjust the date range to retrieve older forms.
2. Automatic Deletion for Ephemeral Forms
For security reasons, you may have chosen to automatically delete your forms 31 days after submission. This automatic deletion can be enabled or disabled in the general section of each form's properties.
Files that have been deleted cannot be retrieved.
