1. The feature needs to be enabled here : https://www.colib.io/profile?show=personalsecurity
2. Once enabled, an email or a SMS (depending on your preference) with a code will be sent to your email address every time you successfully enter your email and password to log in.
- If you take too long to access your email, you can request a new code.
- Only the most recent code will be valid; older codes will be disabled as soon as a new one is requested.
After entering the code received via email or SMS, you will be logged into the platform.
Your clients can also enable this feature in the client portal: https://portal.colib.io/MyProfile.
