How to Attach Documents and Images to Client Notes ?

You will likely need to attach documents to your notes at some point—especially if you plan to share them with your clients, as some documents may be essential for a complete understanding.

Here’s how you can do it:


A) Images
You can simply insert an image directly into the text editor. Please follow this article for guidance:

B) Any type of document (including images)

  1. Go to the Documents section of the client page and create or edit a file.

  2. For the desired document, select the note(s) where it should be attached, then click Save.

    • A document can be attached to multiple notes.

    • A note can be associated with multiple documents.



After completing these steps, the documents attached to the note will be displayed and downloadable in the note editing modal.



If you have chosen to share the document with your client, it will also be displayed and downloadable in the Notes section of the client portal.
