How does the Artificial Intelligence note generation work ?

Online appointment via Colib’s telehealth system 

1. Go to the Artificial Intelligence Settings tab: https://www.colib.io/Settings?show=artificialintelligence

2. Enable the "AI Note Generation (Online Meetings)" option and save.

Once enabled, a note will automatically be created and added to the Notes section in your client's file for the corresponding appointment. The audio is then processed by a trusted and compliant tool using AI.

A note will be generated if a dialogue in french or english lasting at least 10 minutes occurs between the practitioner and one or more patients during the video session.

Once the note is generated, the practitioner associated with the appointment will receive a notification.

The note will be saved as a draft and will not be signed. We strongly encourage you to read and review AI-generated notes, as your professional judgment cannot be replaced by AI. 

This feature is powered by PIPEDA/PHIPA/HIPAA-compliant tools, ensuring that all Personal Health Information is securely processed and stored on our servers in Canada.The audio recording of the session will be permanently deleted after the note has been generated.
