How to consult my waitlist requests ?

Two ways to access this page after activating the waitlist:

• Go directly to the following URL: https://www.colib.io/waitlist

• Open your scheduler and click on the waitlist link

Please note: You must first activate the waitlist before you can access this page.

Once on this page, you will have access to the list of active requests. You can click on the eye-shaped icon in the list to view all the details of the request.

Note: If an appointment is created for a client after they have submitted a waitlist request, their waitlist request will automatically be deleted.
