How to automatically notify clients of new openings that match their preferences ?

1. Go to your waitlist admin settings : https://www.colib.io/Settings?show=waitlist

2. Enable the option “Automatically alert clients on the waitlist when an opening matches their preferences.” Click on the save button.

⚠️ This option only works if the direct booking feature is enabled for your clinic.

After enabling this option, you will be able to set the number of clients who are notified for each new opening.

New openings are detected in the following situations within your clinic:

• Appointment cancellations

• Appointment modifications (date or practitioner)

• Appointment deletions
