Migrating data from your old customer management system to Colib is very easy with our batch loading system.
Please follow the following steps:
1) Go to https://www.colib.io/UploadClients
2) Select the type of template you need. (Specific templates exist if you are migrating your data from Jane.) Select 'Generic' if you are not migrating data from JaneApp.
3) Download the Excel template(s) provided by our platform
4) Fill in the Excel file with the customers you want to add/update. Notes and appointments can also be migrated via this Excel file.
5) Rename the file into clients.xlsx and fill the diffrent tabs of the file
6). Add the excel file to an empty folder
7) To upload documents for your clients, create a separate folder inside the folder you created in Step 6, naming it after the client's email. Then, add the relevant documents to the corresponding folder.
Example of 2 documents uploaded for client [email protected] :
8) Compress the folder to create a zip file
9) Upload the zip file on the webpage
10) Wait for the end of the file processing to check for any errors reported by the application
