How to Set Up Sliding Scale Fees for Clients ?

1. Create Your Fee Modifications

1. Go to Colib.io Settings.
2. At the bottom of the tab, click the "+ Add fee modification" link to create your first fee modification. You can create as many fee modifications as needed.
3. Enter the requested information for your fee modification and click the Save button.

Three types of fee modifications are available on Colib.io:

• Fixed Amount Discount: Subtracts a fixed amount (e.g., -$50) from the existing price.
• Percentage Discount: Reduces the price by a percentage (e.g., 50% off the regular price).
• Fee Replacement: Overrides the appointment type price and applies a set fee.

2. Assign a Fee Modification to Your Clients

On each client's page, you can assign a fee modification under the Settings subsection.

3. Test the Fee Modification by Creating an Invoice

1. Create an invoice for a client with a fee modification assigned.
2. Verify that the invoice reflects the modified price.

For example:
If the fee modification is a 50% discount and the regular appointment price is 100 CAD, the client will pay 50 CAD.
