Go to the Inventory tab in your admin section: https://www.colib.io/Settings?show=inventory.
Add your products by clicking on the "+ Add new product" link. A modal will open, where you will need to enter the information for the product (price, description, picture, taxes, etc.).
Once your products are created, they can be used directly on invoices. To add a product, select "Product" as the item type on the invoice, and choose from the list of available products. The price will be automatically applied based on your configuration.
After using them on an invoice, go back to the product list: https://www.colib.io/Settings?show=inventory, and click the pencil icon to open the edit modal. Scroll down to the Available quantity section.
You will be able to see the stock balance for each product. Using a product on an invoice will automatically create a withdrawal entry in the stock management system. You can also manually create a stock withdrawal or addition for the product via the modal.
