How does the scores/goals feature work?

Introduction

This feature allows you to track a client's progress over time by setting goals. Each goal is associated with a set of scores. A score consists of a text description and a numeric value. Over time, a client's score for a goal may change. By analyzing the values recorded for a client's goals, graphs and detailed insights can be generated.

Feature configuration

You first need to enable the feature on your settings page.

Once the feature is enabled, you can add your goals by clicking the '+ Add Score/Goal' link.

After clicking this link, a modal will appear to configure your goal. Scores (options to pick) must be set during goal creation or editing. For each score, a text description and a numeric value are configured.

How to add the goals on forms ?

It can be beneficial for your practice to ask clients to fill out a form directly, entering their answers for the goals you defined.

To add goals to a new or existing form, create a new section in the form builder and select the 'Score/Goal' type.

Once you select this section type, a new field will appear, allowing you to choose the goals you want to include in that section. After selecting your goals, simply save the section by clicking the 'Save' button."

After performing these actions your goals will show up on your form :

Impact on client records

After enabling this feature, a new section will be available on each client record.

This section displays all the scores saved for the client.

You can manually add a new score for any goal for today's date by selecting a value in the 'Today' column of the goals table.

The last two rows of the table display the total score (Sum) and the average for each date, providing insights into the client's progress over time.

By clicking the blue analytics icon next to each goal, a graph showing the evolution of the score for the selected goal over time will appear.
