How to Set Up Group & Class Appointments ?

You may need to create group/class appointments for your practice if you offer classes. A class appointment is an appointment at a specific time (defined by you) where a set number of participants can attend and book directly.

Here are the steps to set up a class appointment:

1. Go to your Appointment Settings: https://www.colib.io/Settings?show=appointments

2. Create or edit a type of appointment and scroll to the "Group/Class Appointment" section.
3. Enable the "Group Appointment" property.
4. Define a maximum number of participants.
5. Enable the "Allow direct booking only for existing group appointments that have not yet reached the maximum number of participants" property.
6. Click the Save button.
7. Once your appointment type is set up, create appointments of this type in your scheduler (https://www.colib.io/Scheduler). Class appointments can only be booked directly by clients if:

   • An appointment has already been defined for this time by the practitioner in the scheduler, and

   • The maximum number of participants has not been reached.
