If your client has sent a request to join a meeting via the waiting room, a practitioner from your practice must accept the invitation to allow them to join the meeting.
To allow your client to join the meeting, you need to be logged in as a practitioner on the client portal (the website where our video tool is hosted).
The following link will not show up if you are already logged in :
Click on the link if you see it when joining the video.
You will then be able to accept or decline video conference invitation :
If you are still not able to see your clients' requests from the waiting room, refresh your web browser.
