How to Monitor Failed SMS and Email Deliveries for Clients ?

There Are Two Ways to Monitor Failed Deliveries:

  1. Through the Notifications Center
    You will receive a notification whenever the delivery of an SMS or email fails for one of your clients.

These notifications will appear in your Notifications Center.

In most cases, delivery issues occur because the phone number or email address provided is invalid.
