Every family grouping is different and may have specific rules about who receives notifications. By default, the responsible holder of the family grouping receives all notifications (SMS and/or emails) for every member of the group.
However, you can customize this behavior by following these steps:
Go to the client page of any member assigned to a family grouping and open the family grouping.
In the "Communication options" section, adjust the settings to define which types of notifications (general or financial) each member will receive.
For example, you can choose for children in the group to receive invoices, while appointment reminders go to the parent (the responsible holder).
What if I want both the child and the parent to receive all notifications?
In that case, we recommend keeping the communication options set to “True” and adding the relevant email addresses in the "Additional emails form email communication" field for each family member.
