How to Add a Custom Message to an Appointment?

In some situations, you may need to send accurate details or specific instructions to your clients regarding an appointment.

This personal message will be included in the notifications (SMS and email) and will also be visible on the client portal for all clients associated with the appointment.

Here’s how to proceed:

  1. Go to the scheduler: https://www.colib.io/scheduler, and open or create an appointment.

  2. Click on the "More actions" icon.  

  3. Select the appropriate option to add a personal message.

  4. Enter the custom text you want to attach to the appointment.  

  5. Click the Save button.

As a result, the message will be included in the email and SMS notifications (Confirmation and reminders) and will also be displayed on the client portal.
