Navigate to the client’s page.
Click on the designated icon or scroll down to the bottom of the page to locate the ‘Communications’ section.
Here, you’ll find a list of all emails and SMS messages sent to the client. For each message, you can view the details, such as the notification type, recipient’s email address or phone number, and the delivery status.
- A green checkmark indicates that the message was sent successfully.
- An orange cross signifies a delivery issue, often caused by an incorrect email address or phone number.
