How to Automate Form Reminders?

Worried clients might not complete forms on time? Let automatic reminders do the follow-up for you.


When you send a form to a client via email, there's always a chance it may not be completed promptly. To give you peace of mind, we’ve added an automated reminder feature.


How to enable it:


  • Go to the Forms section on your Settings page: https://www.colib.io/Settings?show=signature.
  • Scroll down to the Automatic reminders section.
  • Enable the option "Automatically send a reminder if a form sent to a client has not been completed."
  • Once enabled, a new field will appear:
    • Number of days between the last email sent and the form reminder. (Must be a positive integer)




Important Considerations:

  • Forms with a "Completed" or "Partially signed" status will not receive reminders.
  • A client may receive multiple reminders for the same form over time if it remains incomplete.
