How to Restrict Certain Appointment Types to Specific Clients ?

Sometimes, you may want to only allow certain clients to book specific types of appointments in your direct booking system.
Common case: You only want new clients to book a free first consultation before allowing them to book a full session.

Here are the steps to follow:

1. Restrict appointment types:
   Go to your Appointments list and disable the "Available for all clients" option for the appointment types you want to restrict. https://www.colib.io/settings?show=appointments
   These appointments will not be bookable by default until you explicitly allow specific clients to see them.
   Note: This option is enabled by default for all appointment types.  

2. Allow specific clients:
   Go to the profile of the client you want to authorize and enable the "Authorized to view all appointment types during the booking process" setting in the Settings section of their profile.

Once this is set up, any client marked as authorized will be able to see all appointment types you’ve made available online.
The system matches clients based on the email address entered at the first step of the booking process.
