How to enter additional items on an invoice ?

A) Items specific to an appointment type

If you want to add extra lines specifically for a certain type of appointment, you can define these lines directly in the appointment type settings:

Every time an invoice is created for this type of appointment, these additional lines will automatically be added to the invoice.





B) Other items

If you want to add custom lines to an invoice, you can use the following buttons on the invoice edition page:




Do not forget to click on the “+” icon to add the new item to the invoice.

By selecting “Other” in the list of types, you will be able to define:

  • the description
  • the price per unit
  • the quantity
