How to configure and send welcome email to clients ?

When you create a new client, you may want them to receive an initial email notification with basic information about your practice or forms to complete. Colib offers a way to automate this process or to easily send it manually to your client.

  1. You can configure your welcome package here: https://www.colib.io/Settings?show=communications
  2. Scroll down to the “Welcome email” section.
  3. Activate the welcome email option and enter the subject and content of the email. You can also request that the client complete a form. In this section, you can also activate an option to automatically send the welcome email to all new clients, regardless of how the client was created (manually, through the booking process, via a form, etc.). 



After activating the option, you can also manually send this welcome email to the client from their profile using the following icon:
