Your clients can send you private messages via the client portal.
They can only message practitioners they have been assigned to (main or additional practitioners). Like practitioners, they can attach documents to their messages.

Once a practitioner send a message via Colib, your client is notified by email:
Your client will need to create an account on the client portal (if they don't already have one) to view the messages.
Your client will just have to log in to the client portal to view the message if he already has an account. You can advise your clients to enable two-factor authentication for more security.
