Your clients will be invited to create an account on this platform after booking an appointment with your practice.
You can also send an invitation to your clients to join the client portal by clicking on the following icon in their client profile:
If this icon is not visible in a client's profile, it means the client has already accepted an invitation to join the client portal
The creation of the account on the client portal is optional. Your clients can decide to manage their appointments via the emails and SMS they receive.
