How can I take notes during the video session without leaving the browser?

If you use the Colib telehealth system on a desktop, you can write your note directly in the same browser as the telehealth video.

Please follow these steps:

1. Join the video session and make sure you are logged in as a practitioner.
   If you see the following link, it means you are not logged in. You will need to click on the link to log in.  

2. Once you have joined the session, click on the Notes icon to open the note modal.

3. When the modal opens, you can select the note template you need (if you have uploaded any).

4. Click on “Save note” to submit the note.
   You will still be able to edit it later from the session page. However, you will need to sign the note after the session, as signing is not currently possible directly within the telehealth system. The submitted note will be available on the client profile and in the “Notes” section of the appointment, just like other notes created from the client profile.Note: This feature is only available on desktop for practitioners connected to the client portal.
