Tasks are a powerful tool to remind you of specific tasks you need to perform for some clients that you can directly see on the scheduler and on the client profile.

1. How to create a type of task

As an admin of the clinic, you need to follow these steps:

  1. Go to https://www.colib.io/Settings?show=scheduler
  2. Scroll down to the Task section
  3. Click on "Add task"
  4. Enter the name of the task and a color used for the scheduler





2. How to add a task

  1. Go to the scheduler https://www.colib.io/Scheduler
  2. Click on "Add appointment" or select a time on the calendar.
  3. In the type of event, select a task.
  4. Add the clients related to the task if any and hit the save button.

The task shows up in your scheduler and is also visible on the client profiles.








Notes:

  1. No reminders are sent with tasks.
  2. You cannot add an online meeting to the task.
  3. You can create as many tasks as you want. They will not be charged (even for the starter plans).
  4. Like an appointment or a busy type of event, you will not be bookable during the time where you have created a task. 
  5. Tasks can be included in invoices by being selected on the customer record.
