- Enable countersignature and add a signature here:
Countersignature settings This option applies to all forms in the clinic. - Once a form has been signed by a client, its status will be “partially signed.” The staff member responsible for countersignature must then go here to complete the process:

At this stage, the signature from the responsible staff member is still required. - In the forms list, scroll horizontally to the right and click the countersignature icon.

After completing this action, the signature will be added to the form, and its status will change to “completed.”
