Some of your clients may prefer not to have AI-generated notes for their online sessions.
By default, if you've enabled AI-generated notes, a note will be created for all of your online sessions.
You can now disable AI-generated notes for specific clients by following these steps:
- Go to the client's profile page
- Open the "Settings" section
- Disable the "Allow AI-generated notes for this client" setting and click "Save"
This client field can also be linked to a question on your intake form, allowing you to automatically collect your clients' consent.
