How do filters change in Colib after creating several clinics?

As soon as you create your first clinic, a clinic dimension appears throughout Colib to help you work location by location.

In the schedule
- A Clinics panel lets you display or hide each location's appointments.
- Two additional views appear: Day by clinic and Week by clinic, showing each location side by side.
- When creating or editing an appointment, selecting a clinic automatically filters the available clients, appointment types, practitioners and rooms to those of that clinic.

In your lists
- Clients: the list can be filtered by clinic (each user only sees their own clinics in the filter).
- Client file: the appointments and invoices of a client display a Clinic column with the clinic's acronym.
- Invoices: the invoice list can also be filtered by clinic.
- Analytics: your statistics can be viewed per clinic, to compare locations.

Behind the filters
These filters rely on the associations you configure: practitioners assigned to clinics, appointment types linked to
clinics, rooms attached to a clinic (or available for all), and clients associated with their usual location(s). The more complete these associations are, the more useful the filters become.

Good to know
If a filter seems to show too much or too little, check the associations above — an unassigned room or appointment type behaves as available everywhere.
