When you subscribe to Colib, you will be invited to fill out your credit card information via our secured payment platform — Stripe. It's very simple. You will then be billed for your plan every month with no commitment.
Starter Plan
This plan is straightforward: it is a pay-as-you-go model where you are charged for the number of appointments scheduled during the previous month. The first payment for this plan is made one month after you select it. You cannot add additional team members to your clinic on the Starter plan.
A minimum monthly charge of $9 applies, even if the clinic had no appointments.
Example
If the billing date for a practice is the 8th of each month:
- Between January 7th at 12:00 a.m. and February 7th at 11:59 p.m., the practice had 12 appointments scheduled.
- Four of these appointments were canceled by clients.
- On February 8th, the clinic will be charged as follows: 12 appointments × 3 CAD = 36 CAD.
Additional Fee for Class Appointments
- $1 per participant, starting from the 3rd client added to the appointment.
Practitioner Plan
This plan offers a fixed monthly price for one practitioner and an unlimited number of appointments.
Key Features
- The first payment for this plan is charged upfront (the day after you select it).
- Smaller clinics can add additional practitioners to their practice.
Billing for Additional Practitioners
If additional practitioners are added to the clinic, additional fees will apply:
- $30/month per additional 'part-time' license (between 0 and 35 appointments per month).
- $40/month per additional 'full-time' license (more than 35 appointments per month).
Additional Fee for Class Appointments
- $15/month per practitioner — applicable if the practitioner has at least one appointment with 3 or more clients.
Clinic Plan
The Clinic Plan is designed for larger clinics with a high volume of appointments. It includes additional benefits such as dedicated training and support.
Key Features
- The first payment for this plan is charged upfront (the day after you select it).
Class Appointment Management
- Starting from the third client in an appointment, each additional client will be counted as a separate appointment.
Important Notes
Canceled Appointments
Canceled appointments are included in the calculation because they remain on record and are often charged to clients for late cancellations. If you do not wish to keep a record of canceled appointments or be charged for them, simply delete the appointment instead of canceling it.
Busy and Other Event Types
These types of scheduler events are not included in the calculation.
