How billing works for AI-powered notes ?

When you use the AI scribe note generator, you have two billing options for generated notes:

1. Per-Note AI Notes Billing (Capped Pricing)

If there is no active package for your practice, generated notes are billed based on the lower of the following two amounts for each practitioner in the clinic:

CA$1.00 per generated note, or
CA$49.00 per practitioner for unlimited monthly usage.

In other words, the monthly charge per practitioner will always be the lowest amount between per-note billing and the unlimited monthly rate.

For clinics with more than 10 practitioners, the unlimited monthly rate is reduced to CA$39.00 per practitioner.

Billing Examples

A practitioner who generates 12 notes in a month will be billed CA$12.00.
A practitioner who generates 97 notes in the same month will be billed CA$49.00, which is the unlimited monthly rate, since it is lower than the per-note total.

2. AI-powered notes generation package

You can purchase a package of notes on our platform to save money.

Steps to purchase a package:
A) Make sure you have entered your payment information here: https://www.colib.io/PlanAndPayments?show=details

B) Go to https://www.colib.io/Settings?show=notes

C) Scroll to "AI-powered note generation packages"

D) Click "Purchase package". A modal window will open.
E) Select your package, accept the terms and conditions, and click the "Continue" button.

Each package entitles you to generate a certain number of AI-powered notes for a fixed price.

The current available packages are :

* $85 CAD, get 100 AI Notes at 15% off

* $165 CAD, get 200 AI Notes at 17.5% off

* $315 CAD, get 400 AI Notes at 21.25% off

Once the payment is confirmed, your package will be activated and displayed in the "Notes" tab. A receipt will be available in your billing section. You will be charged immediately after clicking the "Continue" button.

Purchased notes expire one year after the purchase date.
Notes from the package will automatically be used whenever you generate an AI note for your practice.

If all your packages have expired, or if no notes remain in the packages, after generating a new note, the note will be billed at your next monthly billing period (See 1. Per-Note AI Notes Billing (Capped Pricing)). Notes in the package can be used by any practitioner in the clinic.
