How to Charge Clients Automatically During Online Booking ?

You may want to automatically charge a patient immediately after they book a session through the direct booking process.

Please follow these steps to enable this feature:

1. Activate online payments
   Make sure you have submitted your payment information and that your profile has been validated:

2. Configure the booking page
   Ensure that “Online booking by client” is selected as the booking type and that “Collect the client’s payment information during the booking process” is enabled:

3. Set pricing for appointment types and activate the option
   Verify that your appointment types have a price assigned and that “Charge upon booking” is enabled for all appointment types that should be charged immediately after booking:

Once these steps are completed, the client will be charged as soon as the booking is confirmed, and a receipt will be automatically sent to their email address.
